from: Matthew Merckel to: jacob kogan cc: Board of Directors date: Jul 10, 2025, 12:11 PM subject: RE: Special Assessment Jacob: For one, you need to stop mass emailing the residents of the community. You should not even have that information and since you do, you certainly should not be sending out unwanted email. You must stop and I have removed them from this email and CC'ed the Board of Directors. I think they would agree that you shouldn't be emailing the entire community, especially since you have not received an ok from us or them to do so. We are not calling for multiple votes, we are continuing the voting. If you have voted you do not need to vote again. If you have not voted, yes, the Community is still looking for your vote. Yes, the community is still insured; however, that becomes complicated if the vote doesn't pass, which is why we are attempting to pass it. Voting in favor of the Special Assessment would certainly help keep insurance. And no, why would the amount go down? The cost obligation has not gone down. Please don't be purposely obtuse. I, as always, would be happy to speak with you regarding these items.
